Helping dads have successful relationships with their families and support with anxiety, stress and mental health issues.

Men’s Sheds

A place to meet like-minded people and someone to share your worries with. Aims to reduce isolation and help men deal with mental health challenges.

NHS 111

Call 111 if you need help urgently for your mental health, but it's not an emergency. They will tell you the right place to get help if you need to see someone.

Andy’s Man Club

Peer support group for men to talk to others. Andy's Man Club currently have groups in Manchester, Oldham and Rochdale as well as a national online group.

Manchester Crisis Point

Open-access support to guide you through challenging times. This is a short-term residential mental health service for people suffering mental distress aged 18 and over and living in Manchester.

Manchester Mind

A wide range of services, advice and support for adults to help improve mental health and wellbeing.

Samaritans

As well as being available by phone, email or text, you can speak to trained volunteers in person in Manchester city centre.

Mr Beardmores BarberHaus

Josh at Mr Beardmores BarberHaus has completed The Lions Barber Collective BarberTalk training so is able to support clients who may be struggling.

Directions for Men

Men's peer support sessions where men can talk, be listened to and support each other through tough times. Directions for Men also provide activities to support better mental health and fitness.
