Being bereaved by suicide is not easy. You may be feeling a whole range of emotions that you’re not sure how to manage. Or you may just want someone else to talk to. No matter what you’re going through or where you live in Greater Manchester, there are services that can support you.

Please note that due to current Government guidance, the services listed may not be offering face to face support. Many of these service will be offering support over the phone, by email or by video calls. Please be aware that opening times may also be impacted.
