To mark the Greater Manchester Month of Hope, 5k walk events will be taking place in some localities across Greater Manchester to encourage people to get outside, be active and get talking to others about what gives them hope.

The Trafford Walks of Hope

Walks of Hope are taking place across four venues  in Trafford for the Trafford Walk of Hope. Why not go along and take part in an informal walk and talk encouraging people to have open and supportive conversations about mental wellbeing.

All walks will take place on Sunday 3 October, meet at 9.45am for a 10am start. Walks are approximately one hour (two miles). Booking not essential, but if you’d like to let the walk leader know to expect you, please email Dave at dave@dwalmsley.co.uk.
