Available 24/7, you’ll speak to a mental health professional who can help you find the right support.

Free counselling service for people aged 10-25 to discuss various issues they’re facing, including bereavement.

Tameside Liaison Mental Health Service

Adult accident and emergency liaison mental health staff support Adults who attend the accident and emergency department at Tameside General Hospital and need mental health support.

Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind

A wide range of services, advice and support for adults to help improve mental health and wellbeing.

The Anthony Seddon Centre

Peer support, groups and activities for anyone that needs to talk. The daily drop in is available every day from 12 noon to 3pm.
